The room was spotless with coffee and tea making equipment, a writing desk, and ironing facilities.

No complaints, it was dope! The employees were respectful all the time.

Newly decorated and neat units with 2 beds. Variety of options, good food. Comfy and magnificent setting in the quiet area, near many restaurants and taverns and taverns and neighborhoods.

Location and parking very practical. I did not expect a pool, but it was very nice! . USB ports in the room for charging the mobile phone was very good.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet, ideal for families. The friendly staff added a personal touch to our experience.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety to keep it interesting.

Comfortable bed, clean room

We had a room right at the front desk or at the entrance, so very noisy. Other guests spoke loudly in the middle of the night. In the morning we were woken up by the preparation of breakfast At breakfast there was unfortunately plastic dishes, which in our opinion is a no go - pollution!

The internet worked well.The breakfast had a nice array of items, similar to those at the previous Quality Inn that we stayed at.

When we arrived, the motel did not have our Booked.net reservation, despite having made it the morning before. I had to go to their computer in the lobby and log onto my account in Booked.net to show them my confirmed reservation. Even so, they did not match the price, but did come close (charging us about a dollar more). They gave us the handicap room, which had a double bed, not the room with the king bed that I had booked. I don't know where the screw-up was. The fellow at the registration desk just said that usually such bookings come within fifteen minutes or so, but that he didn't have it on his computer. Also, in the handicap room, there was no place in the bathroom to put one's toilet kit--I have no idea how a really handicap person would manage. I mentioned this to the man at the registration desk as we checked out.

The outdoor pool was a nice touch, and the hotel is conveniently close to mcdonald's for breakfast. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean. Plus, the free wi-fi.

Vicki that worked evenings was so very nice and helpful. Sweet to my little girl who is special needs. Gave us directions and recommended a restaurant which was wonderful. Brought clean towels to our room when housekeeping forgot. Above and beyond terrific customer service.

We waited an hour & a half for our room to be ready. We were told the room wasn't ready but she couldn't tell us how long the wait would be. Had we known we would have gone & done something and come back later.

I had a great time here and loved the clean rooms and comfy beds. The outdoor pool was perfect. The hot breakfast was a nice bonus. Just a heads up, the dining area could get crowded during breakfast, but overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here 😊
